... and the holiday ends
Ahh, last day of long holiday and tomorrow back to the dreaded office. Not saying I don't like my work, it's just that the atmosphere (literally) of the office kinda make one nausea.Didn't really go anywhere for the so called long holiday. Went back to JB, spent all the days there without really doing anything significant. Met Yunos, he's back for a while from Jeddah. And also chaffeuring my mom here and there around JB. And I managed to finish watching Grey's Anatomy Season 1 and 2, "McDreamy did the McNasty with a McHottie? That McBastard!" .. hahaha. That's how I spent my year end hols ... every year without fail.
For me, going for holiday at the end of the year is just not so economical. It's the peak time of the year, with the school holidays and festive season. Not mentioning everybody is trying to finish off their annual leave. So, this is the time for the rates of hotel, tickets, food, rentals and what not to be sky high. I save my leave for hols at some other time. March to August looks good for holiday. So, where's the destination?
